Pivots. Pirouettes. Leaps.

The beauty of these movements is in their seeming effortlessness.  But the illusion of ease relies on preparation and poise.

If you are facing uncertainty around your industry’s come back and feeling the weight of the unknown, you are not alone.  My family relies on our collective work in the film, hospitality and real estate industries to provide for our household, so I am no stranger to looming questions about the future and how we may need to pivot.

The truth is I’d rather pirouette.  I would love to move gracefully through this historic moment that is redefining the way we live and land on the other side, effortlessly.   But preparation is required.

To that end, my focus is on parallel processing and preparing for different scenarios.

If you are not sure if you want or need to list your house, but you know that you need a discreet thought partner to guide and support you in preparing to make the best decisions for your family, then I invite you to contact me.  I would love to share my resources with you.   Then, if and when the time comes to make a move, it feels almost effortless.

Under $1.2 million properties are still seeing efficient market times with multiple offers.  This activity is driven by record low-interest rates and Wall Street’s positive response to this morning’s unemployment report.

Staying informed means being empowered to make choices.  I look forward to connecting with you.
